AutoECP is a product of Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. These terms are not yet reviewed by legal counsel and are provided as an interim statement of the intended relationship.
AutoECP is a web application that lets you create, save, and print an emergency contact plan. You enter contact names, phone numbers, and notes; the application formats them into a printable page. The service is provided free of charge.
AutoECP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The emergency contact plan you produce is a personal document based on the information you enter. It is not reviewed, certified, or approved by any regulatory body. You are solely responsible for verifying that your plan meets any applicable legal, regulatory, or operational requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agen2ic, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use AutoECP, including but not limited to reliance on information contained in a plan, loss of data, or service interruption.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your plan data at any time through the app interface. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these terms.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of AutoECP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a formal terms of service is later adopted, it will replace this page and be linked here.
This is not yet specified. No jurisdiction, venue, or dispute resolution process has been selected. Users in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections retain all rights granted by local law.
