How your data is handled

Operator

AutoECP is a product of Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. No postal address, phone number, or email address for privacy inquiries is published at this time. If you have a question about your data, contact the operator through the channels available on the Agen2ic website.

What data we collect

When you use AutoECP, you provide:

• Account credentials — an email address and password, handled by the shared authentication service.
• Plan data — contact names, phone numbers, role descriptions, and notes you enter into your emergency contact plan.

We also collect standard web server logs (request paths, timestamps, IP addresses) for operational purposes. No analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or third-party data collection tools are used on this site.

How data is stored

Plan data is stored in a D1 database associated with your account. Data persists until you delete your plan or your account is removed. The authentication service stores your credentials separately; AutoECP does not receive or store your password.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Plan data is not accessed by anyone other than you, except as necessary to operate the service (infrastructure providers who do not read the data).

Your rights

You may delete your plan at any time using the app interface. To request removal of your account or ask about data we hold, contact the operator. Since no dedicated privacy contact channel exists yet, please use the general contact route available on the Agen2ic website.

Cookies

This site uses localStorage for theme preference (light/dark mode) and session storage for authentication tokens. No cross-site cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies are used.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
